Promotion terms
Founder pricing, launch pricing and limited offers
A promotion changes the price or availability of membership. It does not reduce the consumer rights that otherwise apply.

1. General promotion rules
Unless an offer states otherwise, promotions are available only to eligible Australian adults, apply to the membership and billing period shown at the time of redemption, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. IDP may refuse or reverse an offer obtained through abuse, technical manipulation or an obvious pricing error.
2. Founding and launch membership
Founding and launch pricing are limited offers for early member cohorts and can apply to monthly or annual membership as shown at the time of purchase. Availability is limited to the allocation and/or dates shown on the IDP site and checkout flow. A displayed offer does not guarantee that a place remains available when checkout begins; IDP reserves a place before creating the Stripe Checkout session and verifies the promotion again before payment.
3. Promotional renewal treatment
The price, billing interval and renewal treatment that apply to a promotional subscription are shown before purchase in IDP and Stripe Checkout. Where an offer states that the promotional rate is retained while the subscription remains continuously active, that rate continues on the subscription until cancellation or a lawful change made with any required notice.
4. Standard and comparison prices
IDP may display the standard membership price alongside an introductory or promotional price to explain the commercial offer. Strike-through pricing is used only when the comparison treatment is appropriate for the offer. The amount charged by Stripe Checkout is the controlling transaction price shown before payment.
5. Other promotion codes
Eligible standard plans may accept additional Stripe promotion codes when no automatic IDP promotion is already applied. A code may have its own expiry, redemption limit, customer eligibility, duration or minimum-purchase conditions. Stripe Checkout displays the discount that is actually being applied before payment.
6. Combining offers
Offers cannot be combined unless the checkout flow expressly permits it. Automatic founding or launch pricing may disable entry of another promotion code.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Promotional subscriptions remain subject to the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Any refund is assessed against the amount actually paid and applicable consumer rights.
8. Changes or withdrawal
IDP may end or pause a promotion for future customers, reduce future promotional availability, or change a future offer. A promotion change does not remove rights already attached to a completed purchase or subscription without following the terms that apply to that subscription and applicable law.
9. Questions
Questions about an offer can be sent to support@invisiblediet.com.au before purchase.
