Terms of service

Invisible Diet Project membership terms

These terms apply when you access or purchase the Invisible Diet Project digital coaching service.

Last updated 16 August 2026

1. Who provides the service

Invisible Diet Project (IDP) is operated by Travel Spark Pty Ltd. The service is currently offered to eligible adults in Australia. Customer-service details are available on our Contact page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and currently live in Australia to join the public launch service. You must provide accurate account, billing and onboarding information and use the membership for your own coaching.

3. What IDP provides

IDP is a digital weight-management and behaviour-coaching service. It includes app-based meal logging, approximate calorie and protein information, weight-trend tools, automated guidance, direct coach messaging and human review of your broader pattern. Features may evolve as the service improves, but material changes to a paid service will be handled consistently with applicable consumer rights.

4. Coaching and automated estimates

Food-photo and text analyses are estimates and can be wrong. Automated guidance is designed to support ordinary weight-management decisions, not to replace professional judgement. A human coach remains responsible for material coaching decisions and for coach messages sent to you. IDP does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, prescribe medication or provide medical nutrition therapy.

5. Membership, price and recurring billing

Paid plans renew at the billing cadence shown before purchase until cancelled. Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Stripe processes paid checkout and payment information. The membership option, recurring amount, billing period and any promotion are shown before you submit payment.

Where live Checkout requires acceptance of these Terms, that acceptance is recorded with the relevant subscription. A replacement or new subscription may require fresh acceptance.

6. Cancellation

You can manage and cancel a paid subscription through the Stripe customer portal made available by IDP. Cancellation ordinarily stops the next renewal while access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period, unless Stripe confirms a different effective date or a consumer-law remedy requires otherwise. See the Cancellation Policy.

7. Refunds and consumer remedies

Refund eligibility is explained in the Refund Policy. A change of mind does not automatically create a right to a refund after a valid service purchase, but nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Safety and suitability

You must tell IDP when relevant health circumstances could affect the suitability of general weight-management coaching. IDP may pause, narrow or decline personalised guidance where a disclosure requires human review or the service is not appropriate. Do not use IDP for emergencies, medication decisions, deliberate dehydration, purging, laxative use for weight control, unsafe restriction or treatment of an eating disorder or other medical condition. See the Health & Safety Policy.

9. Member responsibilities

Keep your account secure, provide information honestly, review automated estimates when accuracy matters, and tell your coach when circumstances materially change. Do not upload unlawful content, another person’s private information without permission, malicious instructions or material intended to interfere with the service. Do not attempt to access another member’s account, coach tools or restricted systems.

10. Service availability

IDP aims to keep the application and coaching service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, security events or other operational issues may temporarily affect availability. Human coaching is asynchronous and is not an emergency or instant-response service.

11. Third-party services

IDP relies on contracted technology providers for authentication, hosting, storage, billing, email, notifications and AI-supported processing. Their systems may be required to deliver parts of the service. Payment-card handling is performed by Stripe rather than stored directly by IDP.

12. Intellectual property

IDP owns or licenses the application, brand, workflows, written materials and software used to provide the service. Your membership gives you a personal, limited right to use the service while you remain entitled to access. You retain rights in content you provide, subject to the permissions reasonably necessary for IDP and its service providers to process that content to deliver, secure and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Suspension or termination

IDP may suspend access for failed payment, material misuse, security risk, ineligibility or serious breach of these Terms. Where reasonable, we will explain the issue and the available next step. Ending access does not remove rights or obligations that accrued before termination, including applicable consumer rights.

14. Privacy

How personal information, meal images, messages, analytics data and limited health information are handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Promotions

Founder pricing, promotion codes and other offers can have additional conditions. Those conditions are described on the Promotion Terms and, where applicable, at checkout.
